Aerial Photography and Film from Helicopter — Unrivalled Manoeuvrability
The helicopter is the right tool for aerial photography and filming because it can do what a fixed-wing aircraft cannot: hold a stationary hover, fly at low speeds, and position itself from any angle. We have worked with photographers, film production companies and the press since 2010.
Why a helicopter for photography and film?
A helicopter can position itself exactly where the photographer wants it — above a building, alongside a mountain ridge, or in a hover 50 m from the subject. We can also fly doors-off for crisp images free of window reflections, and even use the rotor downwash to clear a scene when needed.
Cruise speed can be reduced to 30–40 knots for filming sequences, and we plan the flight path together with the photographer to get the sun angle, backdrop and movement exactly right.

We can arrange experienced photographers on request — among our partners is Artica AS, with 20+ years of experience in aerial photography of property and commercial real estate. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own crew.
Priced per hour plus preparation. Key factors: departure point, photo route, number of locations, and camera setup (doors-off, mounted gimbal, handheld).
Permits
Commercial aerial photography over Norwegian territory requires a permit from the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM). We assist with the application process, which typically takes 1–2 weeks. For weddings, property marketing and similar work the process is well-established and fast.
