Customer guide — how to prepare your mission
A well-prepared mission is faster, cheaper and safer. Our main tips:
- Choose the right helicopter type — don't shoot sparrows with cannons. EC120B for 500 kg is cheaper than AS350 B3.
- Co-fly missions — multiple cargo missions in same area can share mobilization cost. Talk to neighbours.
- Prepare the load in advance — bags, pallets and single lifts should be pre-strapped. Big-bag for bulk.
- Prepare the landing site — 20×20 m open area, flat and firm. Secure loose objects that could blow up.
- Be flexible on date — Let us pick the time? We can co-fly and save you money.
- Have ground crew ready — 1-2 ground people is enough for simple jobs. Brief training in hand signals.
- Check permissions — written landowner permission needed off-airfield. Extra municipal permit in outfield.
