Tips from experience
We have supported hundreds of corporate events over 25 years of operation. Here are our best tips:
- Contact us early — ideally 2-3 weeks before the event to secure a helicopter and coordinate with your event agency
- Choose the right landing site — a minimum 20×20 m open area. We carry out a site check in advance
- Plan a weather backup — have a plan B for events that cannot afford to be cancelled due to weather
- Have a photo/video team ready — the helicopter moment creates fantastic content for social media
- Combine services — banner towing + scenic flights + VIP transport deliver a powerful combined experience
Pricing and price model
Corporate events are priced as a project price based on your wishes, or an hourly rate for simpler missions. We can negotiate a fixed price for defined activities (e.g. “20 scenic flights on Saturday”).
Standing framework agreements for companies with regular events provide priority access and predictable pricing throughout the year.
